Next, what we mean by Wealth is not only in terms of overly abundance in economic value. In fact, we refer to wealth as a balance between physical healthiness, monetary gain, freedom of time and inner fulfillment. In order to make this happen, Amkey has its own uniquely designed compensation system to provide its distributors with flexible hours and a compensation plan that generates income for distributors and their teams based on the end results.
With the achievement of Health and Wealth, Happiness should have been partly obtained. However, Amkey’s definition of happiness is more than just individual happiness, it is the happiness derived from a group of people sharing the same goal, value and objectives to get things done through overcoming various obstacles; the more obstacles the team overcomes, the happier the result, and the end result should contribute to the society just as much as to the individual and the team itself. To make it happen, Amkey has developed its efficient yet effective team development system (The 10S System). This ongoing system takes an innovative approach to increasing the effectiveness of distributor teams while increasing their speed and capacity to overcome challenges. The 10S system also values each distributor team’s ability to make its own decisions by eliminating the traditional and formal methods of training and development.
